About the Library

Who can use the Library?

The Library's main focus is to offer our services to USAICoE students and cadre, as well as PP Soldiers, DA civilians, contractors, military dependents, and military retirees.  To be eligible for an account, you must have a Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card.

How do I register for an account?

You can register for a MI Library Virtual Account by registering in person or clicking Virtual Registration Tab on the MI Library homepage. If you prefer to apply in-person, please call ahead to confirm current hours (520) 533-4100.

How do I see what books I have checked out? How do I renew my print books?

You can view checkouts and renew through your library account. In order to access your online account you will need your library card number and the PIN you set when you established your account. If you need help with your PIN or want to renew over the phone, please call 533-4100.

How long can I check items out for? How many items can I borrow at once?

Print books, student papers: unlimited items can be borrowed at a time and you get them for 2 weeks (14 days). 

DVDs, A/V, and restricted material: 3 of these items borrowed at a time and you get them for one week (7 days).
